Sizing electrical systems:
Lauren is happy to discuss how an electrical system works and what components you will need, but her knowledge for sizing wires and components is solely based on her specific system and the components she used. Lauren recommends contacting a professional to size your electrical system for your own safety.

Before proceeding to the secure payment screen, you will be required to choose if you’d like to chat via Google Meet or phone call - Google Meet is highly encouraged!

Once you have scheduled a consultation call, you will receive a confirmation email with the appointment date, time and Google Meet link to connect the day of. If you chose to chat over the phone, please disregard the meeting link.

Prior to the appointment, a 24-hour reminder email will be sent.

Following the call, Lauren will send an email with the opportunity for you to provide feedback and a testimonial based on your experience.

Out of respect for Lauren’s time, there are no refunds for appointment cancellations and no shows. If you need to reschedule for a different day and time, you can do so ONE time, at least 24-hours before the original call (the link to do so can be found in the confirmation email).

Please note, Lauren will remain in the Google Meet for up to 10-minutes before you are considered a no show. If you are connecting via phone, Lauren will call you on the hour. If there is no response, she will call back 2 more times before you are considered a no show.
