I converted a cargo van 100% on my own, with no prior experience, through extensive research, hands-on problem solving, and critical thinking. Learning each step as I went taught me not just what to do and how to do it, but why each decision mattered.

  • Select an available day and time from the calendar above that works best for you
    On the next screen, you’ll enter your name, phone number, email, and any helpful background information for Lauren to review ahead of your call — including topics you’d like to discuss.

    Before checkout, you’ll choose how you’d like to connect (Google Meet or phone) - Google Meet is recommended.

  • Don't see a time that works for you?

    You're welcome to email Lauren at laurenalawliss@gmail.com with a preferred date, time, and time zone.

    Please use the subject line: “Schedule a Consultation.”

  • Once your consultation is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the appointment date, time, and a Google Meet link to join on the day of the call. If you choose a phone call, you can simply disregard the meeting link.

    You’ll also receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment.

    After the call, Lauren will follow up with an email where you’re welcome to share feedback or a testimonial based on your experience.

  • Consultation bookings are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows.

    You may reschedule one time, at least 24 hours before your scheduled call. The rescheduling link can be found in your confirmation email.

    On the day of your appointment:

    • Lauren will remain in the Google Meet for up to 10 minutes before the call is considered a no-show.

    • For phone consultations, Lauren will call at the scheduled time and make up to three attempts. If there is no response, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
