Internet & Connectivity

    • Starlink Gen 3

    • Mounted on the roof with the Trio speedmount and swivel hardware with magnets

    • 12 volt power supply on a rocker switch

    • Reliable internet wherever I go

    • Works in USA, Canada & Mexico

    • For safety and work

    • Using the Trio speedmount, I’ve installed the dish on the roof with magnets and swivel hardware

      • I didn’t want the dish to be permanently installed so I can remove it if needed

      • Taping and screwing the dish in place is another option

    • I rewired the router to a 12 volt power supply so it no longer runs on 120 volts, which is less efficient, used a lot of power, and required the inverter to be on

      • Now I leave Starlink on 24/7 and don’t even notice the power consumption

    • I use the Roaming plan which is unlimited for $165/month

    • Can cancel at any time

    • There have been countless times where my phones have no service for days at a time, but because I have Starlink, I am always connected

    • I use to set up and take down the Starlink EVERY. TIME. I wanted wifi and it got real old after awhile

      • Now i just flip a switch and I have wifi

    • Hotspots or Wifi Boosters

      • But they don’t work everywhere like Starlink does

    • Public wifi at cafes & libraries

    • Since I got the Gen 3, the Starlink mini was released

      • Smaller dish & 12 volt

        • Trio also has a mount for the mini

  • I wouldn’t be able to go off grid like I enjoy doing if it wasn’t for Starlink. Truly a necessity for work and safety. I don’t miss the days before Starlink when i had to go to cafes and libraries every day to work.
